Within a hydropower rehabilitation project concerned staff has to be trained in Germany as well as onsite with regard to power plant operation and power plant maintenance. The Training Consultant carried out a comprehensive training evaluation during plant rehabilitation. The evaluation consits of training observation in Germany and onsite in Aswan.
